Sheki is rightly famous for its sweets,such as: Sheki baklava, okra, halva.But no guest will leave if he does not try sheki dolma, made from grape leaves and mutton forcemeat. In addition to dolma, in Sheki there is another traditional dish – piti. This dish is prepared in individual clay pots.
